Flat planes of colour, pretty minimal and I think less interesting than the non-representational ones. I think if I were to do the lesson again, I would have some one else do the pose and I would give more instruction on treating the figure in a more fractured Cubist manner. More visual references to Braque and Picasso’s figurative works would have helped.
